PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To omit removal work for an underground structure and bring an exterior wall of a newly-built underground structure close to a position of an existing pile.SOLUTION: An earth retaining wall 10 includes a wall body 12 that is constructed between existing piles 14 for supporting an underground exterior wall 26 of an existing skeleton 36 and that receives earth pressure.
