Title:
EARTH AND SAND IMPURITY SEPARATING BUCKET AND SEPARATING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2009108581
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To separate earth and sand from impurities efficiently and economically in processing earth and sand, such as soil polluted with dioxin, heavy metal, etc., bubble-containing light soil, and source soil for fluidized soil.

A bucket 100 includes a plurality of slits 6 formed by fitting roosters 4 to the bottom of the bucket 100, a rotor plate 9 disposed to be separated from a shaft 7 by a given distance, and slitters 10 formed on the upper surface of the rotor plate 9 to correspond in position to the slits 6. When the rotor plate 9 and the slitters 10 rotate to supply water through a water supply port 21, earth and sand in waste soil is turned into fluid earth and sand. The fluid earth and sand is sucked out from a discharge port 22 through a suction hose 105 into a vacuum vehicle 103. The fluid earth and sand is thus sucked out of the waste soil taken into the bucket 100, and impurities remaining in the bucket 100 are discharged. In this manner, earth and sand is separated from impurities.
