PURPOSE: To provide possibility of narrowing the space for installing an injection pipe and checking the connection with a retainer after a breather tube is coupled with the injection pipe.
CONSTITUTION: The earth structure concerned of a fuel tank is equipped with an injection pipe 18 made of resin, in which a retainer of metal is installed at the inlet, and a breather tube grounded to a conductive car body for releasing the air, wherein the structure includes a terminal tube 26 made of metal, a terminal element 28 made of metal and a holder 30 made of resin. The terminal tube has a connection pipe 32 for generating connection with the breather tube and is in communication with the inside of the injection pipe 18. The terminal element has a terminal 38 for connection with the retainer and is connected electrically with the terminal tube 26. The part of the holder except the connection pipe 32 of the terminal tube and the terminal 38 of the terminal element is embedded, and the holder is coupled with the injection pipe 18 air-tightly.
