To provide an earth structure which can secure the degree of freedom of an earth connection position of an electrical component and a power source mounted on a vehicle and obtain the noise reduction effect.SOLUTION: An earth structure 100 comprises a body 110 which is earth-connected with a battery 1 and an electrical component supplied with power from the battery 1.
