PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earth thermal heat exchanging device that is further increased in heat exchange efficiency of a heat exchange tube.SOLUTION: The earth thermal heat exchanging device circulates a heat medium through the heat exchange tube 3 using a circulation pump P during operation stoppage of usage-side equipment to exchange heat between a filler layer 3 and earth thermal, thereby dissipating the heat accumulated in the filler layer 3 during operation of the usage-side equipment to the earth thermal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
