To provide an earthquake damage estimation device, an earthquake damage estimation method and an earthquake damage estimation program capable of estimating highly accurately the damaged state of a building by an earthquake.
A plurality of earthquake waves in a region where the building which is an object for damage estimation is built are generated in each of a plurality of magnitudes by changing the phase by using random numbers (step 200), and response analysis by a building model using the plurality of generated earthquake waves is performed (step 202, 204). Then, the damage state of each member used in the building is derived (step 206, 208), and the damage degree to the building caused by the earthquake motion is predicted based on the damage state (step 210-218), and the prediction result is outputted (step 220).
