Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce vibrations of earthquake or the like transmitted to the building and structure by properly arranging numerous coil springs different in the longitudinal and transverse elastic moduli, connecting them with each other are making them support the building and structure.
CONSTITUTION: In accordance with the form and weight of the building 15, numerous coil springs 16, 17... which have the load-resisting property and are different properly in the longitudinal and transverse elastic moduli are arranged and provided in the required positions on the foundation 18 and thereby vibrations are absorbed.
