The floor side member includes a floor side connection member attached to the base or the foundation structure under the floor at a position facing a through-hole (201H) opened on the planar floor member on the lower end side, inserted to or made to face the through-hole on the upper end side and opened or projected to the upper side coaxially with the through-hole. The apparatus side member includes an apparatus side connection member connectable with the floor side connection member through the through-hole on the lower end side, and fixed to the main body or a base plate (50) of the carriage on the upper end side.
