Next, shearing deformation s transmitted to visco-elastic bodies 10 and lead bodies 9 that are energy absorbing parts 1B for the earthquake-proof supporting device 1. At this time, if the earthquake scale is very small, the horizontal displacement is small, transmission of the shearing deformation to a column member 7 is very slight, the visco-elasticity bodies 10 are deformed to absorb almost all thereof, and transmission thereof to the upper structure takes place very slightly.
