To improve the joining property between respective layers, and the thermal laminating property with PVC by a method wherein a polymer binder which is provided at least on one surface of a base material, is constituted of a polyester-based resin, a vinyl chloride-based resin, and an epoxy resin.

A polymer binder of a film wherein a receiving layer containing the polymer binder, a crosslinking bonding agent, and a lubricant is provided at least on one surface of a base material, is constituted of a polyester-based resin, a vinyl chloride-based resin, and an epoxy resin. As the polyester based resin which is one of the polymer binder, a polyester resin containing a polar group, or a copolymerized polyester resin for which a compound having an unsaturated binding is grafted, is desirable. On a primer layer of this easily bondable film, various kinds of coating resin layers or an ink are applied, or a thermal lamination with a PVC film or a sheet is performed. The easily bondable layer is excellent in transparency and glossiness, and a clear printing can be performed.
