Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the titled composition having excellent dispersibility and solubility not only in fresh water but also in a viscous residual solution, noncorrosive to metals, and useful as a flocculant, a dehydrating assistant, etc.
CONSTITUTION: 5W85pts.wt. of water-soluble high polymer powder having flocculating effect, pref. a nonionic polymer or an anionic polymer, is mixed with 95W 15pts.wt. of an alkali metal bisulfate such as sodium bisulfate, a basic inorganic salt such as a borate, and if necessary, hydrated magnesium sulfate and/or a moisture absorbent.
