Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a container easily crushable and disposable while developing function as a bottle by a method wherein the container is formed in a bottle shape and thin to be easily deformable.
SOLUTION: A container body 1 made by molding for instance of polyolefin synthetic resin or the like into a simple bottle shape that is thin and deformable is composed of a boxlike trunk 2, a cylindrical filling port 3 to be used exclusively for filling and pressed into a straight line and closed by heat sealing after the filling, and a small cylindrical pouring port 4 provided at an inclined shoulder 5 of the container body and made to serve exclusively for pouring-out with its tip cut to open. After the container is filled with contents, the filling port 3 is pressed into a straight line and closed by heat sealing 7 by means of ultrasonic welding or the like. In the case of pouring out the contents, the tip of the pouring port 4 is opened by cutting and pouring-out is made thereafter. When the contents remains after the pouring-out and have to be kept for storage, the poring port 4 is closed with a stopper or the like and the container body 1 is laid for storage with the pouring port 4 facing upward.
