Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an easily tearable film having an excellent impact strength and no concern of generating pinholes and to provide a method for producing the same.
CONSTITUTION: This method for producing an easily tearable film comprises blending 40-85 pts.wt. nylon 6(Ny6), 15-60 pts.wt. methaxylyleneadipamide(MXD6) and l-10 pts.wt. polyamide elastomer(PAE) (where, Ny6+MXD6+PAE=100 pts.wt.), melting and kneading the mixture, extruding it as a shape of a film, and then stretching the film at the ratio of ≥2.8 times in both of machine direction(MD direction) and transverse direction(TD direction).
