Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for detecting a nucleic acid by using an amplification method such as a polymerase chain reaction(PCR), and further to provide a device for simultaneously carrying out both the amplification of the nucleic acid and the detection especially to improve the speed and accuracy.
SOLUTION: This monitor device for amplification reaction of a nucleic acid has a heat cycling device having a support for storing one or plural reaction volumes for nucleic acid amplification, and an optical system optically linking to the one or plural reaction volumes for amplifying the nucleic acid.
