To provide an inexpensive eat-aiding vessel wherewith those who need nursing or infants can eat by scooping food inside the vessel with a spoon without assistance, and also to provide a food package using the vessel.
The eat-aiding vessel is formed in a shape wherein at least one side of the circumferential wall 3 of the upwardly-opened vessel main body 1 is curved in a circular arc toward the inside, and the curved circumferential wall 3 is extended toward a position whereon the tangential line at its outer circumference becomes horizontal, and an indent 4 is formed at the reverse side of the bottom of the vessel main body 1. The food package A is such that is made up by putting nursing food 2 into the vessel main body 1 and by closing the upwardly-opened part of the vessel main body 1 with a lid material 7 which is separably stuck to the opening.
