In the eaves front structure of the building constructed by a decoration member 11 mounted on the edge of eaves of the building through a mounting member 7 and an exterior finish material 12 engaged with the mounting member 7, the mounting member 7 includes a fixed section 8a mounted on the front end section of eaves of a substrate 1, a fitted engaging section 9c in a projected shape to the outside of the front end section of eaves of the substrate 1 and an engaged section 9e with which an engaging section 12b on the side of the edge of eaves of the exterior finish material 12 is fixed, the decorative member 11 has a fitting engaging section 11a capable of fitly engaging with the fitted engaged section 9c, the fixed section 8a is mounted on the front end section of eaves of the substrate 1 and is fixed, the engaging section 12b on the side of the edge of eaves of the exterior finish material 12 is engaged with the engaged section 9e, and the fitting engaging section 11a of the decorative member 11 is fitly fitted with the fitted engaged section 9c.
