Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eaves type optical duct more likely to be in harmony with the appearance without increase in cost.SOLUTION: An eaves type optical duct comprises: an eaves part 1A disposed outside an envelope of a building 2 to act as an eaves; and an indoor part 1B provided inside of the building 2 along the extending direction of the eaves part 1A, in which a light collection part 3 for lighting sunlight and a light guide part 5 for guiding the sunlight which has passed through the light collection part 3 are included in the eaves part 1A, and a radiating part 7 that radiates the sunlight, which has been guided by the light guide part 5, in an indoor space is included in the indoor part 1B; and the sunlight which has passed through the light collection part 3 passes through the envelope of a building 2 so as to be guided to the indoor by the light guide part 5. As part of the light collection part 3 looks like the eaves, the part of the light collection part 3 is easy to be in harmony with the appearance design and it can be coordinated without increase in cost.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
