Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an eaves which is easily constructed, and has a good appearance.
CONSTITUTION: One flange 7a of a Z-shaped bracket 7 is fixed to the outdoor surface of a muntin 4b of an external wall 4 with the bottom up to form an upward gap between the other flange 7b and the outdoor surface of the muntin 4b. An eaves main body 5 is mounted to the external wall 4 by inserting a vertical piece 5c provided to the rear of the eaves main body 5 in the gap from above. A pair of side plates 3 covering both sides of the eaves main body 5 and rising up ward from the upper surface of the eaves main body 5. Because the eaves main body 5 can be temporarily anchored, the eaves main body 5 is borne by using a crane, etc., in the case a wooden screw 15 is fastened, or it is not required to bear by another worker to carry out execution easily. Rain water raining on the upper surface of the eaves main body 5 can be prevented from dropping the rain water along the side of the eaves main body 5.
