To simplify the construction of environment and the introduction of an EB system for executing a financial transaction service such as transfer between a banking establishment and a customer company.
An EB environment construction server comprises: a basic application storing part for storing an application program to execute a function of an EB soft and the like on a computer; an introduction wizard storing part for storing an introduction wizard program to execute the setting of communication between the banking establishment and the computer; an automatic set-up program storing part for storing an automatic set-up program to automatically start the set-up of the application program; and an introduction wizard start program storing part for storing the introduction wizard start program to automatically start the introduction wizard program stored in the introduction wizard storing part after the completion of the set-up. An EB program is also provided.
