Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide agents useful for preventing or treating Ebola virus infection.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a multiple antigen peptide comprising a dendritic core and 4 to 8 antigen peptides bound to the terminal of the dendritic core directly or through a spacer. The antigen peptides bound through a spacer are a peptide consisting of consecutive 7 to 15 amino acids in the sequence consisting of particular 32 amino acids, or a peptide in which 1 to 3 amino acids among the amino acids of the peptide are substituted. The invention also relates to an immune inducer comprising the multiple antigen peptide.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
