NEW MATERIAL: A DNA expression product containing an ONA sequence bonded in proper direction to at least one promoter other than wild-type promoter, a terminator other than wild-type terminator or replication system other than wild-type replication system and coding for a physiologically active fragment having an amino acid sequence or at least about 30 amino acid sequences of the formula (arbitrary amino acids in plural amino acids at a site may be replaced with arbitrary other amino acids at the site; asterisk means the use of a bond at the site).
USE: Retardation of the proliferation of neoplastic cell.
PROCESS: The system can be separated from a brain tissue by a gelpermeation column using an acidic aqueous acetonitrile followed by a reverse-phase HPLC using a linear gradient acidic (0.1% trifluoroacetic acid) aqueous acetonitrile.
