To provide an eccentric oscillation type gear device capable of suppressing generation of impact noise while enabling elongated service lives of external gears and internal tooth pins.
The eccentric oscillation type gear device is provided with the plurality of internal tooth pins 3 which are arranged in respective pin grooves 2b of an outer cylinder 2 and have first engagement parts 3a and second engagement parts 3b juxtaposed in the axial direction and formed integrally and in which axial both end parts of the respective engagement parts 3a, 3b have a smaller diameter compared to axial intermediate parts by crowning process; a first external gear 14 mounted to a first eccentric part 10a of a crankshaft 10 and oscillated and rotated in cooperation with the eccentric rotation of the first eccentric part 10a while engaged with the first engagement parts 3a; a second external gear 16 mounted to a second eccentric part 10b of the crankshaft 10 and oscillated and rotated in cooperation with the eccentric rotation of the second eccentric part 10b while engaged with the second engagement parts 3b; and a carrier 4 rotating relatively with respect to the outer cylinder 2 by transmission of the oscillating rotation of the first and second external gears 14, 16.
