To provide an eccentric pressure type universal compact rolling mill in which the interval between horizontal rolls is adjusted by symmetric movement of upper and lower rolls and that of horizontal rolls or movement of either one of the rolls through one drive source.

This eccentric pressure type universal compact rolling mill 10 comprises an eccentric type position adjusting device 13 and a drive source 14 thereof. The eccentric type position adjusting device 13 has a housing in which the pair of upper and lower horizontal rolls 11 and a pair of left and right vertical rolls are arranged. The positions of the horizontal rolls 11 are adjusted by symmetrically eccentric displacement of the respective shaft position of the pair of the upper and lower horizontal rolls 11. The eccentric type position adjusting device 13 has a switching means 25 by which either one of shaft positions of the pair of the upper and lower horizontal rolls 11 is eccentrified.
