Abstract:
To provide an eccentric screw pump having a feed screw capable of stably supplying a medium of a required delivery amount at all times, always needing only low driving force with respect to different media.
In the eccentric screw pump, a rotor is rotatably arranged in a stator provided with an additional screw start part, and it is coupled to a driving source via a coupling shaft surrounded by the feed screw 10. The feed screw is provided with a screw part 14 having at least two openings 24 per pitch. A web 26 positioned between the openings 24 is coupled to the coupling shaft.
