To solve the problem of the conventional heating toilet seat, wherein a general home power supply of 100 volts is used, and changed over to high, medium and low temperatures by a switch to heat the toilet seat, and the power supply should be always put in the on state to serve as the heating seat, so that it is very uneconomical in the general home, and further when a failure occurs, an electric circuit and the like are minute, so that the repair cost is high.

Solar heat is taken from a solar battery which dispenses with an operating part and not requires maintenance, thereby charging up a battery. An electric current is applied to organic cotton used in a blanket or the like covering a cord heater body built in an eco-toilet seat and a heating toilet seat through a transducer to thereby always heat the eco-toilet seat and the heating toilet seat at a low voltage of DC 12V, and further the eco-toilet seat and the heating toilet seat using the solar heat can be switched to the AC 100V electric products. Thus, these toilet seats can contribute to reduction of electric consumption in a general home and environmental preservation.
