Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eddy-current type noncontact displacement measuring device capable of suppressing electromagnetic interference between a plurality of sensor coils with a simpler circuit configuration than conventional one.SOLUTION: An eddy current-type noncontact displacement measuring device includes: an oscillator 11; a plurality of sensor coils 31 which are electrically connected to the oscillator 11 and through which an AC current corresponding to an oscillation frequency of the oscillator 11 flows; and a plurality of sensor amplifiers 21 independent from each other, each of which is electrically connected to the sensor coils 31 and each of which outputs an output signal corresponding to displacement of an adjacent measurement object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
