Abstract:
To improve the quality of a perforated hole by shortening the perforating time at concrete, aggregate or the like.
At least one groove 30 is formed between both ends of a shank 12, and has a web 36 and a chip passage 32. The first surface 38 of the web 36 is parallel to a longitudinal axis 18, the second surface 40 is formed at about 100 to 120° to the axis to form the base surface of the chip passage. The chip passage sidewall 34 is formed at about 10 to 20° to the axis, and the ratio of the sidewall to the first surface in the axial length is about 2:1 to 4:1.
