To solve a problem that automatic processing can not be carried out since a workpiece is slantly installed when a next workpiece is equipped onto a fixture plate of a table under a condition wherein an edge material remains, even the normal workpiece is not sucked onto the fixture plate to be detected as a warped and irregular inferior piece, all workpieces to be disposed thereafter become the inferior ones and the workpiece becomes unable to be fed.
A sucking device 18 and a cylinder 19 are equipped to a vertically moving component 17, a sensor 20 is equipped to a lower end of a driving axis 19a of a cylinder 19 and an edge material-detecting part 21 is equipped to the vertically moving component 17. For the edge material detecting part 21, a rod-like detecting piece 24 is equipped to a pivotal support part 23 equipped, in a freely pivotal manner, to a pivotal axis 22, one end of a pivotal arm 25 is fixed to an edge part of the edge material-detecting piece 24 and the other end of the pivotal arm 25 is connected to a pivot-checking part 26.
