Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tape having an excellent aesthetic sense and good touch by wrapping yarn fused parts at both ends of the tape in a sewing thread so that the yarn fused parts of both the ends at a folding position are not projected when the tape is sewed to clothing, etc.
SOLUTION: In this tape, a sewing thread 7 is subjected to single ring sewing 8 at a yarn ring part along the neighborhood of the tape with continuing in the lateral direction while passing the thread over the tape side edge. One sewing thread 7 forming the single ring sewing 8 is mutually brought close to the tape edge side while crossing the tape edge. The tape has a shrinkable yarn partially woven as a weft at a part to be a folded position in sewing.
