Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce assembly man-hours, to improve dimensional accuracy and to prevent also a trouble according to deterioration by integrally forming by casting an edge part built with an end of a top plate, handle part and both corner block parts arranged in the right/left of these edge part and handle part to be built with an end of an edge part of both side plates.
CONSTITUTION: Three in a top plate 2, its edge part 15, handle part 16 and right/left both corner block parts 17 are integrally formed by casting. A raw material is aluminum, aluminum alloy, light alloy, iron, steel and others. The edge part 15 is formed in laterally long frame shape to be built with front/rear ends of the top plate 2. In the edge part 15, a holding part 18 is formed, to mount in its upper the front/rear end of the top plate 2 built by bonding, rivet, etc. The handle part 16, in right/left both end parts, is integrally formed with right/left both end parts of the edge part 15 and both the corner block parts 17, and further front/rear protruding parts 21 and a lower protruding part 22 are integrally formed, to externally fit respectively front/rear ends and an upper end of both the side plates.
