Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain such a edging rolling machine for a shape steel that an edging roll is used in common by a small-scale device among different product series and sizes and that the dimensional precision of a product is also secured to carry out a web touch rolling method.
SOLUTION: The sleeve constituting an edging roll 1 for rolling the flange end of a rolled stock 6 is such that the sleeve is divided on the same axis 10 into a web holding sleeve 2 abutting on the web 7 of the rolled stock 6 and a flange rolling sleeve 4a, 4b for rolling the flange end, that the flange rolling sleeve 4a, 4b is structured movably in the direction of the rolling axis 10, and that plural tapered steps 5a, 5b, 5c are provided on the outer circumference of the flange rolling sleeve 4a, 4b.
