Abstract:
To provide edible compositions that are easy to ingest active ingredients, also have active ingredients with good absorption, and have blood flow improvement effect which is also sufficiently recognized with respect to the people with allergic diseases.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises a water soluble polymer, glutamic acid, and lactic acid bacteria as a base material component of a composition, contains 30 to 70 parts by weight of the water soluble polymer with respect to the total weight of the composition, and has a blending ratio of the glutamic acid and the lactic acid bacterium of 10 to 50 parts by weight of the lactic acid bacterium with respect to 100 parts by weight of the glutamic acid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
