PURPOSE: To obtain a training device capable of simultaneously training many trainees by the small number of instructors.

CONSTITUTION: When training is started by connecting a head set 4 to a head set jack 6, this training device is initialized by an initialization control part 12 and an incoming call lamp on a keyboard device 2 in a switchboard is turned on. Speech for training and data for key operation are respectively sent from a program storing part 11 to a voice recognition judging part 13 and a key operation judging part 14. The judging part 13 checks whether speech inputted from the head set 4 by a trainee is correct or not. The judging part 14 checks whether key operation by the trainee is correct or not. These checked results are sorted by a judged result processing part 15 and sent to an evaluation part 16. The evaluation part 16 executes integrated evaluation at the end of the training of one program.
