This device comprises: a storage unit for preserving a guide content regarding apparatus operation and an assessment condition regarding apparatus operation; an operation guide display control unit for displaying a guide content on a display device along with the progress of an operation procedure; a three-dimensional display control unit for causing the display device to display, in a three-dimensional display mode, the virtual video of an apparatus and operation selection means for handling the apparatus, along with the progress of the operation procedure; a detection signal output unit for detecting the position or motion of a user or an operating device and outputting a detection signal; an operation detection unit for causing the virtual video of the apparatus and/or the operation selection means in the virtual space to be changed on the basis of the detection signal; and an assessment unit for assessing the result of apparatus operation on the basis of the coordinates or operation content of the apparatus in the virtual space and an assessment condition preserved in the operation scenario storage unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
