Abstract:
To provide an eelgrass transplanting base sheet by which a fixation ratio of eelgrass is improved in transplantation of the eelgrass.
The eelgrass transplanting base sheet 10 is obtained by forming a transplanting mat 20, a biodegradable reinforcing net 30 covering over the surface of the transplanting mat 20 to make unevenness on the surface, and a weight body 40 attached to the biodegradable reinforcing net 30. The eelgrass transplanting base sheet 10 is placed at a natural eelgrass bed so that the eelgrass is settled to the sheet, and transplanted to the bottom of the sea to create an eelgrass bed.
