Abstract:
To provide an effect-imparting apparatus with which a listener enjoys the feeling of presence when imparting sound effects to the traveling sound of a vehicle model.
A PAN coefficient is decided by a CPU 143 on the basis of voltage detected by a sensor 1. A sound volume value is decided by the CPU 143 on the basis of voltage detected by a sensor 2. Further, the cut off frequency of an LPF simulated by a DSP 142 is decided on the basis of voltage detected by the sensor 2. These parameters are given to the DSP 142, which imparts the sound effects to the traveling sound on the basis of the parameters of the PAN coefficient, the sound volume value and the cut off frequency.
