Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a useful substance such as methane or an organic acid from soy sauce lee or its water-soluble component and reducing an amount of the soy sauce lee.
This method for treating say sauce lee, etc., anaerobically ferments say sauce lee or its water-soluble component and preferably the aerobically fermentation is performed by adding a marine sedimental sludge as a spawn. A useful substance is produced from the say sauce lee and a volume of the say sauce lee is reduced to about 1/2, then the treated say sauce lee can be utilized as a feed, a fertilizer, etc.
