First to third photoelectric converters 17a, 17b, and 17c for reference light for obtaining reference are provided opposite to the three emission parts of the second optical fiber 12, and bandpass filters 14-16 for reference for passing light with the same wavelength as the first to third bandpass filters are included between each emission part and the opposing first to third photoelectric converters 17a, 17b, and 17c for reference light.
