Abstract:
To provide an egg container transfer device and an egg container transfer system capable of conveying an egg container even to a housing body restricted in a height direction.SOLUTION: An egg container transfer device 4 comprises an alignment conveyor 9 for aligning an egg container 2, a hand part 10 having a lower plate part 10a loaded thereon with the egg container 2, an alignment push part 11 for pushing the egg container 2 on the alignment conveyor 9 to load it on the hand part 10, and a hand transfer part 12 mounted with the hand part 10 to transfer the hand part 10 to predetermined positions (egg container transfer position X11 and replenishment position X2). The hand part 10 includes an upper plate part 10b arranged so as to have a space loaded thereon with the egg container 2 at an upper side of the lower plate part 10a, a plate drive part 10c for moving the lower plate part 10a and the upper plate part 10b so as to separate in parallel and relatively in one direction of the egg container 2, and an extrusion part 101b coming in contact at least with a side of the egg container 2 so that the egg container 2 loaded on the lower plate part 10a is separated from the lower plate part 10a in relative movement of the lower plate part 10a and the upper plate part 10b by the plate drive part 10c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
