To provide an egg mincing machine capable of simply, easily and rapidly mincing eggs and achieving minced egg with uniform shape and size.

The egg mincing machine comprises two egg cutters 5 and 8 having a plurality of small cutting blades 7 and 10 on frames 6 and 9 and an egg holding unit 2 to hold an egg by a large number of holding projections 3 protruded from a bottom thereof. The holding projections 3 of the egg holding unit 2 have a space through which small cutting blades of the egg cutters are passed both in the longitudinal direction and in the transverse direction therebetween.
