To solve problems in which eggs are easily broken and the packaging cost is increased for preventing damages to egg shells and also the distribution cost is increased because of the necessity of providing large cushioning spaces to protect the egg shells, and the storage properties of the fresh eggs are difficult to deal with unless they are refrigerated and the stock control is difficult.
The egg shells to be easily broken are removed from the eggs, and only contents of the eggs or cooking materials required for the contents are added to and stored in the packaging container 1. As a material for the packaging container 1, a resin, a glass and the like are preferred, and for instance, yellows 4 and whites 5 of the eggs are preferably stored in recesses 3A as storage spaces sealed and closed by sealing upper and lower packs 2 and 3 and the respective interiors of the recesses 3A are preferably vacuumized.
