To provide an egg tray wherein eggs received on the egg tray can be easily removed out of the tray without allowing the eggs to adhere to the tray even if the eggs are contaminated with chicken droppings or the like.
The egg tray T comprises a housing of eggs E formed by arranging a plurality of hollow and upward protrusions 2, 2, 2 and so forth, at constant intervals in longitudinal and lateral directions on a base plate 1, and hollow and downward small protrusions 3, 3, 3 and so forth, formed on the rear of the base plate 1 in a shape that a portion surrounded by four protrusions 2, 2, 2 and so forth, is dented downward. At least three or more bump-like upward swells 4, 4, 4 and so forth, are formed on base peripheries of the small protrusions 3, 3, 3 and so forth, wherein a base outer periphery of the received egg E can be supported at a point.
