This EGR device is provided with a first and a second intake air ports 4a and 4b respectively connected to a first and a second intake air valves 2a and 2b, an intake air passage 11 connected to the first intake air port 4a, EGR passages 14 and 16 connected to the second intake air port 4b, and a selector valve 20 arranged between the first and the second intake air ports 4a and 4b. The selector valve 20 is provided with a first operation mode for communicating the two intake air ports 4a and 4b with each other and for cutting between the EGR passage 11 and the second intake air port 4b and a second operation mode for cutting between the two intake air ports 4a and 4b and for communicating the EGR passage 11 with the second intake air port 4b.
