Abstract:
To provide an EGR valve device capable of scraping off deposit while dispensing with a filter.SOLUTION: An EGR valve device 100 includes a rod 2 for opening and closing a valve 6 directly operable by an actuator 1, and a deposit cover 9 composed of a cylindrical cover main body portion 10 to which the rod 2 is inserted, and of which a diameter is reduced into the taper shape at least at a tip end portion (thin diameter-side end portion 16), and a cover holding portion 12 disposed on a peripheral edge portion of a root portion (thick diameter-side end portion 11) of the cover main body portion 10 and made of an elastic body. A clearance 17 is formed between the tip end portion (thin diameter-side end portion 16) of the cover main body portion 10 and the rod 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
