Abstract:
To reduce stress caused by elastic reaction force of a seal member provided between a housing and a mating member.SOLUTION: An EGR valve device includes: a housing 7 including a flow passage; a valve element opening/closing the flow passage; a valve rod having the valve element; and a mating member 3 to which the housing 7 is attached and that has an attachment hole 21 for the housing 7 and a separate flow passage. While the housing 7 is attached to the attachment hole 21 of the mating member 3, the flow passage is communicated with the separate flow passage, and a seal member 25 is provided in at least one portion between an outer surface of the housing 7 and an inner surface of the attachment hole 21. The seal member 25 includes: a vibration-proof part 25b formed of an elastic material and having a vibration-proof function; and a seal part 25c having a sealing function.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
