Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ejecting device in a movable furnace hearth type reduction furnace with which a material to be heat-treated can continuously be ejected in a fixed amount without obstructing the operation in the movable furnace hearth type reduction furnace and a facility on the downstream side therefrom and without reoxidizing the material to be heat-treated in the reduction furnace.
SOLUTION: The material to be heat-treated ejected from an ejecting hole 11 of the movable furnace hearth type reduction furnace 1, is ejected into a screen sizer 3, and the material to be heat-treated from which a large lump foreign material is removed with this screen sizer 3 is discharged into a receiving recessed position 71a in a receiving pan 71 arranged in a casing 5 with a hopper through a seal leg 4 into which reoxidization preventing gas is blown from a gas blowing nozzle 6, the material to be heat-treated piled on the upper surface of this receiving recessed position 71a, is ejected into the casing 5 with the hopper from both end parts in the longitudinal direction of the receiving pan 71 by swinging a scraper 72 and also, supplied into the facility at the downstream side from a lower ejecting hole 52 in the casing 5 with the hopper.
