Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ejecting valve body and a diaphragm pump capable of ejecting a large amount of fluid to an external part via a valve part by reducing loss of flow rate while preventing the deterioration of sealing property and generation of noise.SOLUTION: In such a state that a pressure receiving part 61a opposite to an ejection hole for discharging fluid in a pump chamber to an external part is located on the tip side, a valve part 61 arranged oppositely to the ejection hole is provided. A bulge part (protruded part) 100a which is provided on the base end side separated from the pressure receiving part 61a on the valve part 61 and is protruded toward the side opposite to a diaphragm body is provided. A rib 101 extended along the valve part 61 toward a position adjacent to the pressure receiving part 61a from the bulge part 100a with each other is provided. A groove part 61m formed along the rib 101 on the root part of the valve part 61 and the rib 101 is provided. A valve thickness t3 as a thickness of a boundary part 61b with the bulge part 100a on the valve part 61 is thinner than a thickness of the tip side (a valve thickness t1 of the tip).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
