PURPOSE: To thin the plate thickness of a channel supporting a pair of ejector plates and to lengthen an ejection stroke and to surely perform dropping of a product by pinching the ejector pins between a pair of ejector plates and housing these ejector plates into the groove of the channel having a U-shaped cross section and moving the channel back and forth by a driving means.
CONSTITUTION: The ejector pin holes 18 for ejecting a molded and cooled product are formed in the recessed part 8a of a mold. The ejector pins 19 have the stepped parts 21 in one end respectively. A pair of ejector plates 22, 23 pinch the stepped parts 21. The ejector pins 19 are pushed and pulled into/from the recessed part 8a of the mold by moving the ejector plates 22, 23. A channel 31 has a U-shaped cross section and both the ejector plates 22, 23 and the ejector pins 19 are fixed in the groove thereof. When a piston 25 is moved back and forth by the supply of pressure oil, the channel 31 is moved via a rod 27 and the ejector pins 19 are ejected.
