Abstract:

To effectively utilize energy lost in an ejector type refrigerating cycle.

An expander 20 is arranged in suction port side piping 14b through which a refrigerant not flowing into a nozzle 16a of an ejector 16 passes out of a refrigerant branched at a branch part 13 arranged upstream of the nozzle part 16a. Energy lost when carrying out decompression expansion of a refrigerant flowing into the suction port side piping 14b is recovered as mechanical energy. Further, an auxiliary compression mechanism 18 is driven by the recovered energy to improve COP to effectively utilize energy lost in the cycle.
