Abstract:
To provide an EL display device improved in display unevenness.
After a reset voltage Vrst is applied as shown in Fig. (a), a video signal voltage Vsig is applied from a source signal line 18 to a driving transistor 11a as shown in Fig. (b). An anode voltage Vdd is applied to the source signal line 18 as shown in Fig. (c) to measure a current I passing through the source signal line 18. A feature of the driving transistor 11a for a pixel is determined from the measured current I.
